(5) Have you been banned on any SBS server before? If so, approximately how many times? - Yes and no idea.
(6) Have you been banned within the last week? - No
(7) Why were you banned in this instance? (Explain in Detail) - I called Walden a sand Nigger
(8) Do you think you deserved the ban? - Oh of course.
(9) Why should you be unbanned? - Won't be use racial slurs on server :)
(10) Have you learned your lesson from this ban? - I mean yes?

For Question 3, you can also tag the Staff Member who banned you so they can receive an immediate notification. To do this, type the: "@" symbol and the name of the staff member after it. If you are not sure who the staff member is on the forums, just list their in-game name and Forum Staff/Server Staff will tag that staff member!

Yes, as you stated, there was a moment where you called Walden the N-word during what seemed a heated argument going back and forth.
For context, Walden began arguing with a certain player on the server in OOC. This went on for a minute or so and Finkle left a comment in the middle, which sparked an argument between both of them. This went on for a while until I asked both to stop. Later, both met up privately to continue their debate which got heated really fast and Finkle ended up saying the N-Word.
Both players were equally upset and heated. A lot of bad stuff was said to one another and no one is innocent. I will be leaving this appeal open for a while since I do have some stuff to do IRL, and I will be thinking of an appropriate decision till then.

I was expecting a bit of community feedback, but since no one has shown their interest in replying, I'll be making a decision alone this time.
I have gone through your entire history (including the one from the old IP), and this is actually your first ban for Hate speech. I also recognize that it was a heated situation and both parties said things that they might have regretted. This still shouldn't excuse what you or Walden did.
I will be giving you a ban reduction down to 2 days. I still believe it would be beneficial for you to be kept away from the server for a bit and cool off. Also, please keep in mind that any more hate speech from this ban forward will be dealt with heavier and more serious consequences.

Do bare in mind that forum activity may be a bit low since we’ve only just recently reopened. Low activity or input might be partly because of that.
