Head Sentinel Bug - Yato Sensei - 07-28-2022
As of right now, Head Sentinel isn't allowed to use cuffs for some reason. Once you spawn in it says "Your job can't use rope restraints" and can't even buy them from F4 menu.

Thanks for pointing this out, it should be fixed when the next map change, reload, or server restart occurs.
