add monster NPCs outside that respawn every 5 mins
it gives us something to do
and makes the map more lively

I'd say every one class or if staff still don't like that time two, but having it tied to the bell timer might help. I think I suggested this on HWRP and said it could give something small like a 5hp oveheal each mob or 5% damage buff for a class.
