Important Volunteer Staff Application Information

The staff application format below will be automatically inputted into your application thread once you click the "Post Thread" button within the Galaxy of Magic Volunteer Staff Applications forum section or by clicking "Begin Application" below and selecting your application format of choice. You must be signed into the forums by linking your Steam account to do so, otherwise, you will not see the "Post Thread" button and or will not be able to post an application at all. Any application not using this format will be considered and declared void. The Steam account that you are applying for a volunteer staffing position for must be the same Steam account that you're using to post your application on the forums and that you use to conduct your volunteer staffing duties on the Galaxy of Magic server. You will not be permitted or able to share your volunteer staffing position amongst multiple or alternative Steam accounts and its only to be tied to the Steam account ID in your application.

Please keep in mind that all volunteer staff applications will be locked once they are older than 1 month. We do not lock volunteer staff applications before this time frame unless we are absolutely sure that you would not be suitable a fit for a volunteer staff position or unless you violate volunteer staff application rules. Do not expect a reply to your application unless you are accepted. Otherwise, please leave your application posted, just in case. You never know when the need for emergency volunteer staff will arise. Lastly, do not pester other volunteer staff about checking out your application. This only turns them away from even considering your application in the first place. New volunteer staff members are selected by the current volunteer staff team as a whole. Volunteer staff applications will be reviewed during our staff meetings, and current staff will vote new staff members in or out of of the volunteer staff team. So please, again, do not beg anyone to check your application as it will do you no good, only harm. It's recommended to make a good name for yourself in the community, by be being active, following the rules, and getting your name known within the community in a positive light.

NOTICE:
Please make sure to add your current or most known in-game role-play name or alias into the title of the thread when you post an application. This is required. Additionally, it is required that you are at least Acuity 7 to apply for volunteer staff on our Galaxy of Magic server. If you are below acuity 7 and are still interested, please continue to build up your playtime and work to become more acquainted with the community. Users who have prestiged may apply regardless of their current acuity since they have already met the acuity 7 requirement at least once before.

Do not advertise your application or it will be locked, if you have questions about logistics, feel free to ask any current volunteer server or forum staff by private means, such as forum private messages.
