(2) What is your suggestion? - 


SUGGESTION ONE - Lower the cooldown of Impedimenta, to be like Verdimillious, though with maybe 1-second extra cooldown

SUGGESTION TWO - Since the server's developers and supers show no sign of letting me in on the secret (how to spawn in potions) and are unable to make them spawnable via the Q-menu (idk maybe there's complications idk) I've thought of a compromise.

Create another 'Potions Cabinet' a 'Master Potions Cabinet' if you'd like, that can be spawned by Gamemakers, and can allow for ALL potion ingredients to be purchased.

(3) What made you feel that this change was necessary or would make a great addition? - 

Suggestion 1 - Is Impedimenta still a thing? I wouldn't know because I never see it used. 

Suggestion 2 - Useful for events/gamemaking.

(4) What could be possible negatives if your suggestion were to be added? -

Impedimenta should go through more changes, other than just a small buff, due to the similar appearance to stupefy. 

Cc spells need a long CD, with a good reward, so while the spell could use a buff, CDR alone won't fix it.

Actually though, there's plenty of stuff that could be removed.
Stuff that never gets used (e.g Ciri has like, 7 models and only two models are actually used on customs). That's one example-- I'm sure there's more.

GMs being able to spawn these in would be incredibly helpful-- albeit potions can only be brewed during Potions Class. It'd be nice to also have some sort of way to get around that--

Thats an example of model data and not lua data.

Those are very different things. 

Lua data is a max amount of .lua files and I'd assume for 7 npcs you have 1 file unless it's been optimized further to have 20+ in one file.

I like the idea of making changes to impedimenta as it would be a very useful spell for prefects alongside stupefy.

I also like the idea of GM's being able to have access to a cabinet that allows for all potion ingridients to be purchased as it would open up some more possibilites for events and give them some more things to work with. A way for them to make the potions outside of potions class alongside this would be cool too.

I don't see anything wrong with the suggestions. If it is indeed possible to do (something about another lua) than it should happen. There are a lot of things that could be better on the server and this is indeed a part of that.

Looking at your suggestions I'm happy that you've mentioned that.
Especially with the Impedimenta which is kinda useless anywhere.

Looking at the WandRewitte addon that we have on the server, which had I also downloaded to my GMOD for fun purposes I can see how many great spells (and also Hogwarts relevant) are taken out for... no reason. If we have a space for another custom, then we could get a new spell or at least a remake.

Let's get it straight.

Impedimenta. 0 dmg spell, while Sectumsempra, Firestorm, Avada, Ciruous Comet (purple spell for Warlock), Verdi, Mostro has almost no cooldown, dealing deadly dmg.

If we can't make it with impedimenta, just give Petrificus Totalus to Head Prefects/Girls/Boys and Headmaster to help prefects a bit.

I'm gonna clear this up again.

Despite the amount of customs we have, it is included, in only a single lua file, and any fps hands are also included in a single lua file.

Models and Materials can take up an infinite amount of data, no limit, can absolutey make gigs of it for no reason whatever.

You could probably only have maybe 500 lua files max, and every spell npc base weapon ulx functions and ulib structure is all lua files which cuts it down dramatically.
To summarize this fast, think of all the spells we have on server, which is let's assume 30 at least, then for each wand skin, it's a new model file, so that's atleast another 10 and then there are files to load and unload data specific to certain situations of the wand, including clashes and particles, which takes up another 10 files. that's now 50 down for 1 of our key elements in game, that with each spell shrinks.

and i bring this up because i wouldn't be surprised if we had well over 50 in animagus' lua files.

So, to make it clear
Lua Data, and Lua Limits =/= Server data limits/ max capacity limits.

Just to make sure, so that I can understand mechanics if I'll ever again ask for a spell or something to add that has to do with a LUA file.

What you're saying is - the WandRewritte with all the spells, will instal around 114 LUA files automatically, is that what you're saying? Trying to get where does it come from.
