(1) In-game name & Steam ID- INF Storm Pluk, STEAM_0:0:52950128.

(2)Your suggestion: Instead of using rating events in OOC chat on server make a channel on Halo Discord to log events and ratings for it.

(3) What made you feel that this change was necessary or would make a great addition: After seeing a few events and the ratings that come after most of it gets lost in chat due to folks talking over it. With this in place not only with will GM's improve looking back at the past logged ratings/constructive advise they also see whatmost players will enjoy/distaste in their events.

(4) List what you think (if any) could be possible negatives if your suggestion were to be added
Cons
  • Players will need provide more feedback on said ratings on discord.
  • A extra channel on discord.
  • A format would need to be created for it.

+1 great idea the only issue with it is sometimes like on the server itself people decide to not vote and this could also lead to the GM being able to sneak their way out of feedback like some tend to do, however if this is done right it’ll provide an actual voting platform for events

Server voting works just fine. Not everyone is in discord and you'll have people who aren't even on for the event voting.

Maybe yall could have it on both, but I don't think it would really matter. The people that are on for the event are the only one's that matter tbh. Have it like HWRP. You can have a vote on the screen, and they can do great, good, ok, bad; each vote will be bound to a number like 1-4.

Does this data even get collected? I thought it was for self-feedback, and it's very possible to trick the server into voting for the option you want (ex. two negative options, one positive, all negatives split between two options rather than one, positive)

-1 unless the data is being recorded, then i may reassess the vote

The way feedback and voting works will be explained as part of your training for GM however I might as well give some background for people who don't know.  YES the feedback section is something the staff team takes seriously, Aura encourages GMs to find at least one thing from the players didnt like to improve on as well as keeping track of how well the players are taking to certain GMs events.  voting can not be abused as we have a standard of 4 voting options, Great, Good, Bad, Terrible, anyone who had a negative opinion is encouraged to tell their gm what their problem was with the event. Of course sometimes the problems are things out of the GMs controls, bad player communication, or poor officer orders are just a few examples of this, however relevant feedback is required to be put in the event log system.

Back on track I do not believe this is necessary as others said people who did not take part would most likely comment on said events providing us with irrelevant information so -1.
