(3.) When did you first join our server and how did you discover it? - 19/05/2020 and I discovered the server from a friend
 
(4.) Community staff must be active at a higher standard when compared to staff, do you understand that you may be let go for inactivity? - I understand
 
(5.) Tell us about yourself and why you want to be staff on SBS? (100 words or less) - I'm applying for the position because I feel like I'd be able to do it and this'll be a good chance to help the community as best as I can. I've also enjoyed the time I've had as a staff member and would like to give the same opportunity to other people. I admit I was on LOA for two weeks because of some problems but now that I'm back, I'm ready to put all my free time into the server again.
 
(6.) What do you feel you need to improve on the most? - If someone says to me I can improve in this spot by doing this, I'd take it into consideration and use it. So I feel I can always improve anywhere.
 
(7.) How would having you on staff benefit our server and what sets you apart from the rest of the applicants? - I'm a determined and dedicated person who is also willing to learn any new thing to help improve how things can work.
 
(8.) Have you been staff/are currently on any other servers? If so, which ones? (List them if possible) - I'm currently a GM on the halo server.

(9.) How would you rate your skills overall out of 10 (EX: Patience, response time, etc) - 8-9 in patience, response time, time management, communication and planning

Hey K2, while I haven't been around much for your events I have heard a decent amount from the feedback.
I'm looking for more information from your application so if you would answer the following it would be great.


1. You mentioned you are willing to help people, based on that could you provide 5 examples of how based on our events team how you would help them improve.

2. This role is very much about having a very grounded understanding of the events, moderation, and administration team members and their duties, based on your understanding would you be able to describe their duties, as well as yours if you were to become the staff manager.

3. List the process in which you would train a new game maker and a moderator. 

4. How would you enforce the rules within the staff team
 This is your personalized question.
(How would you deal with a staff member who has been constantly going on LOA with valid reason)

1. You mentioned you are willing to help people, based on that could you provide 5 examples of how based on our events team how you would help them improve.
I'd help them with communication, the flow of events, ideas for their events, planning and building them too. Recommending certain things for something/ideas.

2. This role is very much about having a very grounded understanding of the events, moderation, and administration team members and their duties, based on your understanding would you be able to describe their duties, as well as yours if you were to become the staff manager.
GMs make events and passives so there a flow of rp(Story) for people.
Moderators are people who look after the players and help in keeping the rules going.
Admins are in between the two as they can do both jobs while helping when they choose. Also they keeping an eye on the staff to make sure they don't break the rules either.

3. List the process in which you would train a new game maker and a moderator. 
For a moderator I'd make sure they'd know the server rules and when/how to reinforce them, how to do sits, while also informing them of their other roles. Another thing as I said above I'd help them with their first few activities too so they can fully understand it.

For a GM I'd take them over the GMod tools we have and show them how to use them, rules, assets we provide(in-game jobs roles/commands/ect). How they could run a passive as well as assist them when needed in their first few events. Talk to them and help come up with some event ideas they'd like to do.

4. How would you enforce the rules within the staff team

(How would you deal with a staff member who has been constantly going on LOA with valid reason)
Since the reasons are valid I'd have a conversation with the person about what it'll be like in the future. If it seems like it'll continue the way it has and prevent them from doing their job a decision will be made then. If the LOA doesn't affect them from doing their job and they still fill weekly quotas then again the decision will be made there.

Reading this application makes me feel like you could be a Great staff manager and help everyone on the staff team a lot. However I would like for you to possibly prove to me that you would do some of this and also show me how good of a Staff Manager can be. So for now it is a Neutral.

Maybe start expertise before applying for Staff Manager. While you do have maturity, others' account for your inactivity.

 Kelval has kind of already beat me to asking some questions i was going ask, however there are 
some other questions that i have for you as well. Since i will be sticking around to make sure the
next Staff Manager has everything they need in order to just put their attention into what they
wish to improve about the staff team. With that in mind and remember what Kelval said

1. What are your main goals if you were to get Staff Manager.
I'd like to try in crease the player base activity(Since mainly the players are most active in events and just after).
I'd help the current staff team and improve of off it.
Increase the range for event possibilities.
2. What part of the staff team do you feel needs the most attention/assistance.
All of the staff team need equal attention but [b]I feel like the GMs need the most assistance. GMs need more assistance because they need more items/tools to be able to do their job effectively and if something goes wrong, it'll effect their productivity.[/b]
3. What area do you feel that you need to improve the most on.

As I said up above I feel like I can always improve anywhere and if someone tells me I could do better here, I'd take it into consideration.
4. Is there any part of the current system, that you feel needs revamping and why.

It's not really a revamp but I feel like the map pool needs updating/changing because we've used the same set of maps and the player base has gotten tired of them.
