Ban Appeal!

(2) What is your steam ID (including any banned alt accounts)? - STEAM_0:1:179513503

(3) What is the name of Admin/Staff who banned you? - Denali Nayeli Sisca

(4) How long were you banned for? - About 2 months.

(5) Have you been banned on any SBS server before? If so, approximately how many times? - Yes, about 5 times.

(6) Have you been banned within the last week? - No.

(7) Why were you banned in this instance? (Explain in Detail) - I don't remember. Probably RDM

(8) Do you think you deserved the ban? - Yes.

(9) Why should you be unbanned? - I just want some time removed so I don't lose my spells. I'm a year 6 and I've been playing for a while.

(10) Have you learned your lesson from this ban? - Yes, I have

When I try to attach the image it says my message is too long. :/

For Question 3, you can also tag the Staff Member who banned you so they can receive an immediate notification. To do this, type the: "@" symbol and the name of the staff member after it. If you are not sure who the staff member is on the forums, just list their in-game name and Forum Staff/Server Staff will tag that staff member!

you need to upload your image to a website like imgur (https://imgur.com/) and then paste the link here, or better yet embed it (I don't expect you to know how to embed, a link to the image will work)

you received an 8 week ban on feb 21 2021 for RDM, staff disrespect, and LTAP.

you have:
33 warns/kicks/bans for things ranging from RDM to fail names, fail snatching, releasing other detentions's, mass RDA, fail OPs, lying, no intent to RP, hatespeech, and LTAP. I am not surprised that you don't remember what got you banned since the behavior seems so regular to you. some of these warnings are cumulative warnings (i.e. when you were warned, it wasn't for just one thing), and this is just what is documented- all the verbal warnings aren't here.

this appeal is selfish and shows no remorse. he just doesn't want to lose his spells.

hard -1. next ban could and probably should be a perma if your behavior continues. we are hoping this doesn't happen, but at least someone warned you if it does happen.

Hey Tommy!

So you were banned for RDM, Staff Disrespect and LTAP. You were banned for 8 weeks on February 21, so your ban is up on April 18th. I don't remember exactly what happened as it's been almost 2 months but you have a really bad history of coming back and immediately RDMing again.. You have 33 warns, kicks, and bans and most of them are for RDM and multiple staff disrespect.. The only reason you made the appeal is to keep your spells.. You're not apologetic or trying to change and there was no effort put into your appeal..

But I'll leave this open for the communities feedback and give my response in 24 hours.

Honestly maybe losing your spells will be a good lesson not to repeat actions again after you have such an extensive history of RDM bans. Given it's not really that hard to re-learn some of the more essential ones. Given at same time if you returned and did it again it would likely be a perm ban anyways and losing your spells would be the least of your worries!

I'll have to say Neutral to -1 just simply off the fact of such an excessive history of treating staff poorly and constantly RDMing. (Both of which are rules which make the game unenjoyable for other people) and I don't really see much regret for your actions in your appeal just more worried about the 60 day spell wipe.

If you lose your spells when you come back, It would probably be a good way to keep you from RDM'ing etc for a good while, as long as you don't disrespect the staff like has been mentioned. If this ban were reduced you would come back with all your spells, minge a little more, and have the possibility of a perma as Gwendolyn says.

Take both this time now to think on what you've inflicted onto the community, aswell as the time recollecting your spells.

You are only a sixth year and the amount of warns/kicks/bans you have are abnormal.

I think you should start following the rules to avoid situations like this in the future.

Hello again.

So after reading the communities feedback, I agree with what they have said. You can wait out the ban since it's almost over anyway and maybe losing your spells will help you not break the rules..
