False accused on Apr 1st I think

(3) What is the name of Admin/Staff who banned you? - Deaf Tyrone D Noix

(4) How long were you banned for? -2 weeks

(5) Have you been banned on any SBS server before? If so, approximately how many times? - Don't think so, maybe once a long long time ago when i first played bc i used to do a little trolling back then. This is my first appeal.

(6) Have you been banned within the last week? - No

(7) Why were you banned in this instance? (Explain in Detail) - It says racism. Last time I played was April fools and I wasn't really doing anything besides rdm and running around. It was just chaos and nothing fun was really happening so I left pretty quick. I really want to get my friend cock tingle (Larry Cruz in game) unbanned because he came to my house days later and tried to play on his acc but got auto banned because of alt account or whatever. I didn't even realize i was banned so its pretty messed up that he got banned as well. Honestly I don't play a lot on this server, I'm only year 3, but Larry is almost year 7 and really likes the server so it would be cool if you unban him bc we werent trying to be malicious and avoid ban with alt.

(9) Why should you be unbanned? - Well, I'm not that concerned with my unban because I don't play that much but Larry should def be unbanned bc he literally did nothing wrong. This whole situation is pretty annoying honestly we both just want to play and have fun on the server. Neither of us troll or use racism, I really think someone just said to ban me or something after i left. You know , APRIL FOOLS LOL FUNNY JOKEZ!!@@#!

(10) Have you learned your lesson from this ban? - Yes. Well like I said I'm not even sure why I was banned for racism.

For Question 3, you can also tag the Staff Member who banned you so they can receive an immediate notification. To do this, type the: "@" symbol and the name of the staff member after it. If you are not sure who the staff member is on the forums, just list their in-game name and Forum Staff/Server Staff will tag that staff member!

If you don't intend on coming online, then i don't see the harm in granting an unban. You are telling a different story than what the mod said, which requires evidence to prove, so people will assume you are lying to cover yourself (if you did it, just own up to it. if you don't remember, then say it. but don't say you didn't do something when you simply don't recall).

Assuming this appeal is successful, if you do come online and continue with hatespeech then the penalty can be up to a perma to you and anyone family sharing- just so you are aware.

I do intend to come online if i get unbanned, but what I meant was it doesn't really matter either way to me because I have other things to play. I really want to get Larry unbanned because he actually plays the server a lot and has nothing to do with my ban. It was an honest mistake because I never actually realized i got banned at all.

Your appeal is quite original. You're asking for an unban, but don't want to play. I understand the only reason you want to be unbanned is so that your friend can play, but unfortunately I'm not going to be doing that.

You claim that you don't use racism, but that's not true bc you've gotten at least 2 bans prior to this one for racism, and you were warned two days before this ban. Unfortunately the bans were done before the current log system so I didn't see them.

The two week ban you got is a reduction in itself compared to the 2+ month ban you should've got, so I'm going to deny the appeal, but not extend the ban since ur friend got caught too. Next ban will probs be a perma tho.
