I'd like to start by saying I actively try not to partake in favoritism in any way. If these situations happened with anyone else I would've acted the same way. The RDA in question happened between 2 friends and the one arrested was immediately unarrested. I usually don't pull for this and I know for a fact there are other staff members that don't pull for that either. I told daniella in discord to chill out with it and that was the end of that.
As for the second clip, you conveniently left out the part where you started the conversation so I didn't see it as daniella harassing you. The situation was over so quickly that I didn't feel the need to further escalate things by bringing you both to a sit for the purpose of telling you to knock it off.
As others have pointed out, the clips both end before I'm even given a chance to do anything about either situation, which I find to be quite unfair.
Overall I pride myself on being one of the more laid back staff members, but if my way of staffing needs to change for the benefit of the server then so be it. I can see how me being lenient while other members of the staff aren't can cause issues among what players think is allowed or not, and I've been trying to find a balance between leniency and strictness. I've tried to keep a personal policy of "if it's not ruining someone's fun, I don't need to get involved." but again I can see how that can cause issues.

There's a clear difference between being "laid back" and doing fuck all, even with that you are only laid back to those you are friends with. Clearly this IS ruining someone's fun yet you choose to partake in not doing anything to prevent it.

With all due respect that's blatantly untrue. I'm laid back with everyone, not just my friends. Charlie said something to Daniella to set her off and she retaliated, that's not her "ruining his fun".

Then she shouln't have said anything, the video shows her attacking him, if Charlie uploads the beginning where it proves he said something first. All it does currently is make you look lazy, and Daniella aggressive.

I watched the scenario between Daniella and Charlie in a discord live stream so I did see the entire thing, there wasn't a word said about them yelling at Charlie about a pocket mod. It wasn't over quickly either, it went on for a few minutes. If I am being completely honest I wouldn't say you're lenient in any way, after quite some time observing and speaking to other community members- you just do not do the job. I know many people who question why you even went for mod. There is also the issue of discord staffing, which has been a topic debated amongst many other staff members as well old and new. The players involved in the situation that are not in discord with you or the other party do not know for certain that there was anything said to anybody. It isn't really the best way to staff in my opinion, it leads to a lot of confusion and disagreements such as the situation we are currently speaking on. My advice for that would really be to just pull them into a staff room regardless to talk it out.

I understand that staff members are human, and can have their opinions on people and dislike them as people tend to do. However, in your position it is extremely important to maintain a level of discretion as a staff member, and make sure you are upholding the rules of the server, which is what you volunteered to do. Should you not want to participate with that level of professionalism I don't think that continuing on as a staff member is the best way to go- it does not help anybody in the situation at all.

Another thing regarding the situation between Daniella and Charlie- Regardless of who started the conversation, when it got out of control you should have stepped in- being in a leadership position like you are. No matter what, that was something that needed staff involvement and did not receive it. This isn't the first time I have seen that group make digs toward Charlie, and to let it continue in front of you was just complete lack of ability to do your job with due diligence.

I also want to go into your quote of "if it's not ruining someone's fun, don't get involved". Sometimes people are too scared to say what is and is not ruining their fun on the server. I personally experienced this years ago when I first joined and was receiving a lot of slack from people for things that I didn't feel were warranted. I had my fun ruined constantly but never mentioned it for fear of how things would be handled and what the outcome would be after the fact. That is why it is up to staff to intervene when they notice harassment or rule breaking.

As far as the RDA goes, it's not as bad of a rulebreak with no staff intervention as others. However it is still a rulebreak and there was no reprimand, even if it is between friends it is not allowed. That being said as you've pointed out there are other mods who do not pull for that as well, to which I would say the same thing if they were the ones on the receiving end of this report. If it is against the rules then staff should intervene. It is the job that was volunteered for.

As I stated in my first post, I don't have anything against you personally or anything, but there have been several reports on you both privately and now this public report for the same behavior. When is it going to end?

Accepted

Neutrality is something that the staff team should always aim to achieve.
While there can be arguments of whether or not a ( rule break ) interrupts a player's RP or fun
we should nevertheless, step in to make sure that the rules set in place are still being followed.

There can still be fun without breaking rules.
Chloe will be spoken to regarding her awareness of rule-breakers on the server and the potential over leniency towards situations.
I'll also remind the team that it's better that sits be taken in-game rather than on discord calls.
