We have a couple of people over night that I’m aware of now? Maybe not to do mock trials lol. But I’d like a better suggestion for a time that  I could possibly set instead of this lol

the server is based in CST so server time 11pm-8am is when it's mostly just gwen and jasiah

Sorry I was going to reply to this but I completely forgot and it slipped my mind

So I won't go into detail and I will articulate my words to be simple and short, but basically what works the best for me as a mentor, is having someone interested in a mock trial contact me on discord. (Not asking me at the moment I hop on the server, because chances are I have something else planned or need time to plan.) The reason for this is because I cannot predict my schedule at all, especially during spring/summer. It is already very difficult for me to do forum events this way because of that.

Then when I make plans on Discord, I inform the trial the moment I am going on and able to do it. I then proceed to do the mock trial, then write up the feedback in the discord. I guess my suggestion would be to have a week where you open a pool for people interested to enter and have them contact a mentor they want to work with to plan something.
