This is the only game I really play on pc besides Valorant or new games with online friends.
(4b) Do you understand that you can be let go at any time for excessive inactivity at our discretion? -

(5a) Please explain each of the main server rules and what they each mean, to convey to us that you understand and comprehend them wholly.
1. No fail RP:
Follow your ruleset accordingly, the biggest takeaway would be don't snatch people if you aren't able too and etc.
2. Be respectful:
No hate speech treat everyone how you would want to be treated.
3. No RDM:
No random death match, and be aware of NLR don't kill your own respected side either.
4. Obey staff and RP leaders:
They are like your irl boss, treat them that way.
5. No free-spelling:
No spells that could do damage or disrupt people's rp unless there is a case in which you may do so (snatch)
6. No metagaming:
Act like you are in the game and the telemail isn't real don't say in ooc that you are snatch etc.

Only use this for posting snatches, requesting for a teacher, events, votes, RFD, DOS, etc. use OOC for everything else.
9. No ERP:
They are kids on here keep it pg, don't be weird we are here to rp and make friends.
10. No exploiting or cheating of any kind:
No scripting or use spells to find problems within the maps.
(6.) Tell us a little about yourself and why you would like to be accepted for a volunteer staffing position on SBS. (100 words or less) -
I've been expressing interested into gm since February of this year I have done a total of 6 mocks for gm and one mock for mod in order to do so. This is the only game mode on Gary's Mod I have played and I enjoy the community overall. I have worked a lot on single player to get my skill to where they need to be. I personally feel like I have come a long way and feel like my personality it a good fit on this server. I want to bring this server back to life and back new and old player's experiences better then what it was on Hogwarts. 9/10 times I am on my goal would be to make other players have fun instead of stairs rp
(7.) In your opinion, which quality of yourself do you feel that you need to improve on the most? -
I would say I need time to get out of my outgoing self and need to be more strict with old players when it comes to rule breaking (sorry guys but it's true) but I would find a nice median and still be the person I am on this server!
(7a) In your opinion, which skill set of yours do you feel that you need to improve on the most? -
The biggest step I need to take would be converting every event I already have into this new server and make it fit the theme.
(8.) How would having you on our volunteer staff team benefit our server and what qualities set you apart from the rest of the applicants? -
I feel like compare to current and mock gm's I have the trait of just hearing everyone out for ideas and their opinions on the server.  I'm the type of guy if there is a new person on the server it would be my goal to make sure they come back. Overall I think I'm a pretty chill person.  I enjoy everyone on this server.

(9.) Have you ever previously maintained a game server staffing position, or currently are, on any other Garry's Mod servers? If so, which ones, and in which staffing positions? (List them if possible) -
I'm just a helper right now on this server to get my name out to the admins and other staff that I am serious about this!
(10.) Have you ever previously been banned on any Garry's Mod or SBS servers? If yes, then please list approximately when, how long, and the reasoning(s). -
I don't think so and if I had it was during my minge cycle when I first starting playing on pc, like I said before this is the only server I played on before more then once ever and I would like to keep it that way too! There was also a lot of trial and error with understanding rules on this server for me too when I was actively playing a lot mainly custom rulesets and etc ,I hate to admit but I still have this issue to do this day but not nearly as bad as it was before.
(11.) In your opinion, are the server staff or the players of more importance? Why? -
That's easy players without a question. They are the reason why staff are staff. Staff however keeps the server moving and are a vital asset as well.
(12) How would you rate your skills overall out of 10 (E.g., patience, response time, etc.) -
Patience 8
Response time 8.5
Hearing people's opinion's 10
Taking constructive criticism 9

(13.) On a scale from 1 to 10, how familiar are you with Garry's Mod's default tools, context menus, and utility menus? -
7.5 overall on all, I have taken a lot of hours into single player before I put in this app.

(14.) Provide us with at least two detailed examples of events that you would orchestrate and how you would proceed with organizing, operating, and constructing them. -
PLEASE NOTE THIS WILL BE THE GOM EQUF
For a passive RP event I would grab old and new players upon requested for wanting to be a part of the event and give them a tour of the map via aircraft or car of the maps that we have coming in. I would also set up a room designed to show players the common spells and as well as the rulesets to better understand the change of the RP server. I would like to do this one often to help other people understand this new server.  Operating would be as simple as telling people via typing this event was happening on everyone screen and asking if they want to be a part in this by saying me in @ chat.  I already have this stuff I need save on a file. My main goal for this is for the new players to know what this server is about and as well as the older players who don't know what's what yet.  I feel like I would do a designated time every week for this event for about two months on the forums so people would be aware prior.

For a small based event I want to have the players thinking that I am selling weapons and perks for them to fight each other in an event for them to win a million gold. Weapons and perks would be boosted jumps health, and speed, while weapons would be bows, swords, and throwing projectiles. In the first event of two players fighting I plan on spawning in a Skyrim like dragon (mind you this play will be happening at the QP  EQUF of this map) depending on how things go I may spawn in more npc related to this RP. Their goals is to defeat this creatures!  I would get a feel on how the players like it and stop it accordingly. After it is done I will resume the fighting events into a tournament where the winner takes the prize! I would post the event a week in advance and make it where everyone on the server would want to join in!
LINKING MY GOOGLE DOCS ON WEDNESDAY OFF ALL MY EVENT IDEAS! BE SURE TO CHECK IT OUT :))

(15.) Do you have any prior experience using ULX administrative system or sandbox building on Garry's Mod? -
Yes I do as far as the commands It will take some getting used to but I've been provide with all of them and with sandbox building I got that in the bag!

(16.) You both understand and realize, that by applying for a volunteer staffing position on the server, you are sacrificing the complete freedom of being able to role-play and or socialize freely all the time without any interruptions, and are obligated to handle all server issues and or volunteer staff position tasks at hand no matter the situation and to the best of your abilities? -
Yes I understand 9/10 I'm on the server it's for the players having fun not me.
(17.) Please provide a list of all previous volunteer staff applications, provide a link to them if possible, and list any reasons why they may have been locked. If they were previously accepted, please provide a short explanation of why you are no longer volunteer staff at the time of this application. (Disregard if this is your first application) -

None :)

Gamemakers are currently what the server needs the most at this stage. People want entertainment, and events seem to bring players and increase the population. If I remember correctly, I had a mock trial with you and you had some pretty interesting ideas for events, but your application should definitely include a lot more of them. With no lore to follow, you have total freedom to do any sort of events, so take your time with it.

Neutral for now. Good luck!

You seem to have the right mindset, however based on what you've provided for events we can't really see what you have in store. I've noticed you plan on adding a google doc on Wednesday, which confuses me a bit since it would've been a bit more efficient to add it when posting your application, or at least waiting to post an application until you've completed all your events.

Right now I can't give a solid vote because I haven't seen the majority of your ideas, and the ones you've currently provided show little promise, as they lack depth or story.

+ the first event seems like less of an event and more something that could be done by admins/mods as a way to introduce players to the server.

Anyways, no vote until more events are provided. (I'd definitely suggest posting it sooner than Wednesday)

Good Luck!

edit- Clarifying myself, don't rush your creative process, I think it would be more beneficial for you to post what you currently have written, and then update it as time goes on.

Excuse my unprofessionallism with how to reply on here to people's responses is my first application on here, Wednesday is my first day off, meaning my full time job and my summer honors seminar. I'm dedicating the whole day to transfer my hogwarts lore event ideas into something totally different, I'm excited about this because it's something that will be totally original for the most part please excuse my carelessness for not waiting until I had the new google docs finished.  I felt like it was the best opportunity to do it Sunday evening since the staff having meeting in the afternoon on Sundays. I was kinda in a bad frame of mind whenever hogwarts got canceled, but recently I saw myself gain the motivation to want to do it again, so what better time then the present am I right? Thank you Lynda and Etlenor for the expert opinions :))
