I don't remember anything entirely ill-willed in Etlenor's farewell post, and god do I certainly wish that forum staff can clarify something on this instead of keeping silent.
Larry, do you have anything, possibly from Etlenor himself that might say what was vindictive and ban worthy, anything at all? Screenshot received
It seems a common thing within the forum staff team as of recent months, especially of it's manager, to sweep things under the rug (*ahem* Jacob Staff Report, a conclusion on that was never given due to the shut down, regardless of opinions on it, it was never answered regarding Forum Admin), As well as ignoring questions on when certain things will be implemented such as the ability to add images into posts and threads once again. I do hope this isn't ignored, as I fear it'll be an even worse reflection on ones character, and that this can be bought to a civil close.
Edit: After looking at the screenshot of the farewell post, I'd say there was cause for action as some disrespectful comments were definitely made. But, judging by what I saw of Etlenor's warning level in the screenshot, I'm not entirely sure if it justified a flat out perma ban on him. however I do not know of his past infractions on these here forums, nor do I know how the warning level system actually works. I hope things can be justified by thy manager as stated prior.

I'm likely correct in assuming Guy banned Etlenor. Guy had many issues to deal with as server owner before the HW takedown. One was the fact that people, yourself included were throwing money (or willing to throw money) at him and he had no way of facilitating all the custom requests that would come through. He actually got to choose which customs he would commission. This is not a problem many gmod owners have. But as this happened, the focus was majorly on providing custom owners with content rather than the players, and by the time he realized he needed to focus on the players more his server was already getting removed from the server list by Facepunch- rather than a notice to change the mode and remove anything Harry Potter related. He wasn't even allowed to unblacklist his IP address, which if kept would have at least let people who visited the server have it in their server history come back. Just look at the video that Shy made about the takedown, Guy put a lot of effort back into the server only to see one of his regulars say "server dead" on every post. I could see how, in a moment of frustration, why Guy would forum ban someone after this repeated behavior and a sarcastic going away post that attacks some community members (I didn't mind what you said Etty- good one! Kiss your brother for me :*)
But let me just say for everyone that your dark force hufflepuff prefect job with a dragon idea is very much overdone and inspired by customs that already existed and has been done over so many times it's nauseating.
In addition, you would go around on server reporting people for things you would turn around and do yourself within minutes/hours, such as RDM.
If this wasn't enough, you emotionally manipulated my co-owner into trying to get on this custom in particular. Despite my gut instinct and concerns from other owners and staff, my co-owner felt such sympathy for you and you were somehow allowed to be on the custom (a privilege she rarely, if ever exercises I should add).
You then said to me that you no longer wanted to be on the job, as if it was a statement/affirmation, because staff wouldn't side with you and because they "don't respect RP". Honestly you did us a favor there, while I was apprehensive about you at this point you gave me the push to take my time and look closer into you as an applicant, and boy did I ever. This was when all the deception surrounding you started coming to light. But here's the real kicker, I never expressed anything but concern, while others were talking shit I kept my mouth shut. But while I kept my mouth shut you also decided to send aggressive messages to me in forum DMs which I then ignored you on the forums over https://i.imgur.com/VV2o7pR.png, and went up to someone who you knew has direct contact with me and told her to tell me to suck your left nut https://streamable.com/l3uvh3. This all came out of the blue.
After all of this happened you then kept logging on server and trying to bait my co-owner into breaking rules so you could report her. I see through your bullshit. You have since requested permabans only to come back quickly after, and even emailed the owner requesting a cban then gossiped about it. How much more attention points (AP) did this net you? How much AP do you get out of this post? Are you laughing as a self-defense mechanism, tricking yourself into thinking you triggered me or Guy through cleverly disguised "trolling"?
Additionally you kept drawing attention to yourself with your countless goodbye posts and staff apps that you would close the next day if even one person voiced any singular issue with you as an applicant, it doesn't take a psychologist or someone who isn't trained to correctly assume that you have problems. But from your perspective you just want to fit in, a square block trying to jam itself into a circular hole. And yet while attempting to socialize you go around saying that I was the one talking shit about your mental problems and stick to it by using your fucked up logic.
Just to give you a reflection of yourself, just take inventory of how you look. Your whole profile is just you screaming for attention and attempting to martyr yourself for any cause as you're always begging to be banned, begging for some sort of validation but are unwilling to do anything but ride the coattails of others. Took time to read the supplementary evidence provided, from what it looks like Lexa was the one who banned Etlenor, however Guy was the one who initially banned Charlie for continuously posting this (if anyone talks to him Charlie will confirm).
I'm unsure if I can post this pdf as evidence, if forum staff want to they can take it down.
I don't see Lexa getting punished for the same behavior the owner has, however Lexa has been demonstrating this behavior for far longer and if anyone remembers I left a feedback post about it. Members of the Halo community also had many opportunities to report Lexa for abuse but it wasn't ever done.
