(3.) When did you first join our server and how did you discover it? - 
 Before server release, was invited by zubey to playtest and help with potential early staff since I help him with staff on other tasks. Stepped down due to technical issues at release time as well as inexperience specifically with gmod and rejoined around 4/06/2019
(4.) Community staff must be active at a higher standard when compared to staff, do you understand that you may be let go for inactivity? - I understand and encourage those actions.
(5.) Tell us about yourself and why you want to be staff on SBS? (100 words or less) - 
Whereas my previous app was formulated to help specifically zubey in a low staffed area at the time, this one is more so to help the players voice be heard as well as to help them with any issues that may arise. This will help as i can condense all suggestions and playerthoughts into what is the most suggested things to be added, and the most issues that need to be fixed.
(6.) What do you feel you need to improve on the most? - 
 The Staff managing side of things, "- Overseeing, Mentoring, and updating all Mods, GMs and Admins.
- Knowledgeable on both GM and Mod positions, - Handling Staff problems."

When it comes to Gamemakers specifically, there are many GMs who have vastly more knowledge and experience than me so anything i could mentor them with would be redundant, Moderators on the other hand I have more experience with outside of Garry's Mod and there is a basic sense of how a Moderator should address issues and/or handle them no matter what platform their moderation is taking place, the only thing that changes is the tools they have to do their job in those situations. That being said there are mods how may be more comfortable with those tools at the moment than I am which puts me in a place for improvement, although seeing as the server manager job was in fact split in two and we have a great Staff Manager on our time hopefully that won't be too much of an issue.

How would having you on staff benefit our server and what sets you apart from the rest of the applicants? - Currently I am already a Gamemaker on HaloRP, aside from running/ assisting other more experienced GMs with their events i find most of my time is spent listening to the players and hearing their suggestions as well as their complaints, as a server manager i could act as a better medium that would funnel all the thoughts into coherent simple ideas and present them to Zubey and staff for possible implementation/discussion. I am highly active on the server and talk to at least 70% of the playerbase daily so i am well within the informational loops of what people are thinking and can condense it into simple ideas to talk about with staff who have other tasks that take up more of their time.

(11.) (Optional) Provide examples of situations you would handle in the position you are applying for here and how you would handle them.

For sake of length, I'll limit myself to a few examples.

1. Server Suggestions -
Currently most of our server suggestions happen within the UNSC Discord although we do receive a few on occasion within the forums. So far the only suggestions i can remember being implemented are those staff have suggested within the staff server. While I do agree most of the implementations have been for the good of the server I can understand the frustration the players may be feeling and would more often bring those to attention at meetings.
2. New Maps - Currently we are within a rotation of about 8 maps we've been using for at least 2 months. Players are starting feel the events are getting stale and sometimes grunt at the sight(For some its Moonbase, others atlantis). We have had a ton of suggestions that would bring new life into not only player morale but gm creativity as well. There's only so many times we can play moonbase until we all know where everything is.
3. A cleanup of weapon loadouts - Having everyone have their own special thing is a nice thought, but sometimes having a list of 6 or 7 assault rifles for different classes can get confusing and be defeating when your nice looking weapon does 1/4th damage of the one everyone else is getting (I'm looking at you SOCOM DMR) there are a few addons on gmod that could still allow us for customization without clutter to name one:
The other issue that comes with getting so many weapons is we have maybe 8+ things in our loadout of which we end up using 2 or 3. We should either make them all useful by rebalancing their stats ( I've already started compiling a list of non "gamebreaking" changes), or removing weapons no one uses.
Other Duties that I can assist with are :
Standard moderation:

1.Handling player disputes/arguments.
2.Inspecting cases of rulebreaking with an open mind.

3.Following protocol with offenders ( Warn>Kick>1 Day Ban > 5 day Ban. Protocol may vary due to case severity and/or in the case of LTAP).
4. Clarification on rules/ rp roles if needed.
5. Other tasks.

Gamemaker work:
1.Assisting GMs.
2.Creating Events.
3.Taking over events in case of emergency

I would like to restate though that as a Server Manager, my primary focus would be focusing the voice of the playerbase into more concise thoughts, divising solutions and presenting them to Staff/Zubey depending on the level of importance.

Application was granted in case the position ever went vacant by the server owner and unlocked by forum staff.

Please note, for HaloRP applications specifically, they can be applied for whilst there is a manager in the position. These applications are NOT to replace the manager, they cannot be accepted until after the manager in question steps down from his or her position, this also ONLY applies to HALO.

This application specifically, is open for votes and feedback, but it is simply here in preparation of the position opening, and this can take a VERY long time.
