(2a) Please put what times you are most active in CST (Chicago US), so the managers know when they can expect to see you. - varying but usually 6 pm - 3 am

(3.) How old are you? - 21

(4.) When did you first join our server and how did you discover it? - Zubey asked me to check out the server a few times before release, and i heard about it through him through being on his twitch staff team. Fully rejoined the server on March 27th

(4a) How can we be sure you will stay active and loyal (with your time) to Star by Star? - 95% of my interactions with the halorp community have been positive, and i enjoy helping the sever grow into a more positive and fun experience.

(4b) Do you understand you can be let go at ANY time for inactivity? - Of course, the perfect candidate is far less efficient than a decent candidate if they dedicate their time.

(5.) Do you understand that you will be a role model and therefore must follow all the rules of the server? - Of course, because of the amount of power given to these jobs the people chosen must show a level of respect,esteem and honor for it. It is a privilege and should be treated as such.

(5a) When listing the rules please explain what they mean to show that you understand them.
List Rules below:
1:No FailRP - FailRP occurs when a player takes on a role that would not fall under what their server job entails. EX: As a medical officer i would have no business conducting ONI research, Arresting players, attempting to place myself as the head of sos, committing massrdm as an officer would never go on a tirade like that, and the list goes on and on.
2:No RDM - RDM is what occurs when a player kills another player outside of an rp scenario. It ruins the experience for the player and is not something that belongs in the server.
3:No Metagaming - Metagaming is what occurs when you use info you received out of character to benefit yourself in character. An example being knowing information that was said on sos or oni private comms. If the message wasnt sent through your channel, you never saw it.
4:Be Respectful - We're all on the server to have fun, being toxic and disrespectful ruins the ecosystem of the server and helps foster negative opinions towards regiments,people, staff, etc. This should not be allowed.
5: Obey Officers and Staff - Officers job is to keep the rp running smoothly and properly, assisting in giving orders where needed, Staff are there to prevent problem players from purposely ruining the experience when its done through rule breaking ( EX: Commiting massrdm in debrief (RDM), attempting to override officer orders (FailRP))
6:Do not avodi the AFK system (40 minutes) - Because the loyalty system rewards players for their time playing on the server, refreshing the afk kick system is an exploit to cheat the process and progression other players go through to be rewarded with more combat effectiveness.

(6.) Tell us about yourself and why you want to be high command on SBS? (100 words or less) - Sometimes officers have questions they don't have answers to, as well as their being some tough decisions they sometimes need guidance on. being in HIGHCOM would mean being able to add clarity for officers in those moments, as well as handle cases of officer misconduct properly. I want to ensure that we encourage behavior that is most likely to foster server growth, and on the flipsdie; Handle cases that provide negative effects on the server and handle demotions/removals if necessary.

(7.) What do you feel you need to improve on the most? - communication with some of the naval branches, i haven't had much chance to speak with them 1 on 1 and that is necessary to do a HIGHCOM job properly.

(8.) Why should you be given high command instead of the other applicants? - I never stop attempting to better myself and improve in areas that need them. I can pick apart arguments logical and explain them to people in non emotional ways, as well as being extremely open to constructive criticism on my own part. Communication and logic are the way to working efficiently, this works hand in hand with also understanding why people react\will act in emotional ways and doing your best to separate the two and come out with the best outcome.

(9.) Have you been officer/staff or are currently officer/staff on any other servers? If so, which ones? (List them if possible) - Only on this server, I am the Commanding Officer of the UNSC Medical Corps on this server with a rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

(10.) Have you ever been banned on any Garrys Mod/SBS servers? If yes, then please list when, how long, and the reason. - Never.

(11.) How would you rate your skills overall out of 10 (EX: Patience, response time, etc) -

(12.) You understand and realize, that in a high command position, you not only have authority, you also have a high level of responsibility to the server? - Given the amount of RP power the job has, it is a job that should be given only to those who show the most promise in handling it properly. The amount of scrutiny each applicant must go to be placed in this position needs to be understood and recognized so that those who do get accepted understand exactly how important this job is to the server. Even after being accepted, the same scrutiny needs to still be applied to these people to ensure they were in fact the proper candidates chosen and have no biased\ malicious intent. This is not a personal reward, it is a duty intended to help the server reach its highest potential.

(13.) Is there anything further you want to say? - I am glad we are considering people for this position, i feel as it is something we have needed for quite awhile, and i hope we really pick the best of the best to fill these slots so we can make the server even better than it already is.

From my time in the medical corps, I've worked with you for a while now, and I can say that you are definitely capable of being High Command. You do an exceptional job right now leading the medics, and it shows. +1

I really really really want to give you a +1 but I just can’t I don’t think your as ready to become high command as other applications I really wish I could but I don’t think your prepared for it. -1 :(

Completely understand, do keep in mind though we may potentially have more than one so a plus one or a neutral is still a win in my eyes. Heart

+1 I agree completely with grime. Hes been co for a while now and so far there has been 0 complaints with how medics is ran. I think he would be a great mind to be apart of highcom.

Dusk is more than ready for high command and needs to be high command. He takes responsibility in the Medical Corps, And he steps up to many replacment roles while officers are on LA or LOA

-1 I'm sorry to say but I would not feel comfortable to have someone in that high of a position that had such a strong bias that they recommended to remove a regiment. I predict someone will say oh well that's because its the regiment you're in well yeah would you want your regiment removed. Two it's a regiment that holds large amounts of lore value and to take it out would remove a lot.

The suggestion was put forth because after all the time onis been on the server it seems we always run into an issue even after each change, so i was thinking it might be fundamentally incompatible with the server, however after talking it out with everyone i think some people have some great ideas that could finally make it work and im all for that. Sorry that the suggestion caused a bit of a scene.

Dusk would be a good choice along with Aura I think they are both the best picks for the position they both led successful battalions (We don't talk about Noble team  :)  )  they also are both calm and collective and would rather settle a dispute in person and talk civilized than cause a bunch of drama for nothing which again is big positive for me. Regarding the whole "LeTs ReMoVe OnI" thing that was something he thought was warranted because not the ONI personal but the way ONI is structured was a problem that in his opinion could not be fixed and required getting removed. I will admit this did annoy me at first this brash decision to remove such a big branch with a large part of the player base but I can now see why it was warranted and understand in a way. The officers never made it public that a whole ONI rework was in the works.... I know drakon said he is fixing ONI but personally I have not seen any plans at all. After talking to Dusk we came to a conclusion about the whole ordeal. The same way I came to a conclusion with Aura. I would rather have the two in the position and actually, help the server than anyone else two is enough.
