(3.) When did you first join our server and how did you discover it? - I first joined a bit after it was opened, and learned of it because I was in the community when it was announced.
 
(4.) Community staff must be active at a higher standard when compared to staff, do you understand that you may be let go for inactivity? - Yes.
 
(5.) Tell us about yourself and why you want to be staff on SBS? (100 words or less) - I've been playing Garry's Mod RP for years now, going all the way back to 2014. I've been with SBS since 2016. With Halo specifically, I joined because it was a server in our community that needed a lot of help. Now I hope to finally help to my fullest capabilities with server manager.
 
(6.) What do you feel you need to improve on the most? - More people skills. I don't have bad people skills, but there are a lot of difficult personalities on Halo. and it's a challenge for most. I feel like if I really nail how I handle those specific people then I'll be near perfect in management.
 
(7.) How would having you on staff benefit our server and what sets you apart from the rest of the applicants? - Compared to the other applicants I have the most experience, and the also the most drive to fix things. I've been wanting to enact reforms and get things into shape since I've joined Halo. After all, that's why I joined Halo in the first place. I know exactly what needs to be fixed, and know how to fix it as well. I've handled officers and staff many, many times since I've come to military rp and I don't think there's a situation out there that could faze me.

(11.) (Optional) Provide examples of situations you would handle in the position you are applying for here and how you would handle them:


Situation: A battalion is lacking a leader and slowly deteriorating.
Solution: I would take personal lead of that battalion and help it regrow and improve. If another battalion needed help as well during that time then I'd assign a trusted individual to take temporary leadership of it, and/or place it next in line once I've help the first battalion.

Situation: There's a lack of players on the server.
Solution: I would get to work arranging any potential updates that could be put through. I'd arrange for a large campaign to be set up and done to entice players well. I would need to be on every day and for long periods at a time to really drive home a presence on the server and assure players that they aren't just playing on a ghost server (that is, to say, a server with no one or nothing on it).

Situation: A new officer must be trained.
Solution: I would work one-on-one with that candidate and make sure they understand the full length of their responsibility. Their patience, leadership, and management skills would be tested, and they have to prove to me that they aren't going to just minge around and/or be inactive/uninvolved with their battalion. Once they meet all of my criteria they will be promoted to officer. Depending on the situation I may take temporary control of all officer trainings, or if the officer-to-be is under an officer already I'll normally let their superior train them.

Situation: Gamemakers are lazy/uninvolved/inactive.
Solution: Demote GMs as needed and start coaching those that show potential (potential meaning that they are active and show a drive to improve). All GMs will be prohibited from using their powers outside of GMing, so that they cannot abuse their overpowered whitelist. All of them will be expected to uphold their responsibility as GMs (and use the damn event log!). There may be a time where we're short on GMs, but it's better that we have a state of concern rather than a state of stagnation, because it is then that we can more easily draw in new GMs and also set ourselves to the problem.

Situation: An officer is acting irresponsibly.
Solution: In this case, "irresponsibly" means they are acting mingey, disrespectful, lazy, etc. Basically, they're acting in a way that contradicts their position. So I would first talk with them one-on-one and lay down the accusations and concerns against them, they would give their end of it, and depending on the situation I will put them on a 'last warning' basis and if they screw up then they're out of their position. I have no issues with removing an officer, all that truly means is that someone below them gets a chance to take on the position (and I have no qualms about having to train a new officer).

I know that Miles is by far the best candidate I mean this. He will get Halo in the place Zubey wants it (better than revival)

Sorry but I think they are better candidates, don’t get me wrong you’re a good and experienced staff member but I feel like you’ll get burnt out on Halo like you did on Clone Wars.

You sir aren't fit for super positions, on CWRP I personally seen sexism from you towards women, I don't need to be specific with this one as I and the girls it happened to were disgusted by this, as I don't have proof it's hearsay. On another note of Halo RP, one of the first times I played, I was messing around with another player, trying to create some form of RP as it was less than 10 players and was quite boring at the time, I was crawling along the floor just for you to come over and ask what's going on, I reply saying I'm crippled from the war, just for you to call me and another player "fucking retards", to be honest I was tempted to make a staff report but lacked evidence as you said it in voice comms, you then realise and try find me and say "I'm sorry I'm having a bad day", how many bad days do you have because other community members I've spoken to say you act in that manner quite often, if you can't respect the community then I don't believe you can run staff team the server, you just gonna call them retarded when they do something you don't like? Treat others how you expect to be treated, fix the attitude and god complex you have while staffing, how you're admin is beyond me.

You were a good CWRP staff manager so I think a shot at server manager on Halo couldn't be bad.

Application looks good. I've known you for ages and although you can sometimes get 'passionate' about certain things, it's all for good reason.

Also... you legit say this is hearsay... Can you please clarify this to me over Discord or something? This sounds like just slander... I don't even know why you're calling me a sexist...? Out of all my time on Garry's Mod I don't think I've been this baffled by a forum reply. You can find my Discord from the main SBS Discord, shoot me a message and we can talk about this (if I'm an asshole you can just screenshot it, so I imagine you should be fine in doing this).

EDIT: After some consultation from a few others, we think you honestly have me mistaken for another person from CWRP. I've never made sexist comments before, and I know that for a fact. But you may have me confused for someone named Ren, who supposedly did make sexist comments before (I believe it was in TS). I still am unsure about the whole situation with me calling you and someone a retard (my guess is that I was just in-character as usual).
