Your staffing style does not fit the way that I see this kind of a position. You are strict in a way that can often alienate players whose RP is harmless, but doesn't conform to your rigid interpretation of the rules (which comes off as an unnecessary attempt to exercise authority). You also seem to consider yourself a higher power than your fellow staff. I have seen you "override" their decisions as if your say is somehow more important (which has got to feel alienating from their perspective). It is hard to lead people who feel alienated, and it would be hard to resolve issues when you appear to have trouble levelling with those who may be involved.

On a personal level, you seem like a nice guy who can be fun to play with while acting as a peer. However, unless you address your rigid interpretation of the rules and when they are necessary to invoke, and your apparent affinity for power over others, I don't believe you are ready for a higher position in the staff team.

My first thought seeing you post your app, Sean, was that you're a great mod, I've never seen you have any issues of any kind, and you clearly put a lot of effort into it on the first look.

However after reading it, I don't feel comfortable with you being staff manager. I feel as though a lot of your go-to's for dealing with situations is just demote, demote, cban.

I don't feel as though you're giving much leniency and lots of staff managers have failed in the past for this reason alone. If the team is afraid of slipping up because they're scared of you, they're gonna be less willing to listen to you and come to you for help if need be.

It's nothing against you, but I want to be honest, and I don't think a strict staff manager is what the team needs and because of that, I'm gonna have to go with -1.

Sean I love you man but I'm gonna have to agree what most people have stated. You're a great mod don't get me wrong you work really hard and put in a lot of effort when it comes to staffing but I agree with most of the points brought up by others (Ariel, Finkle, Thea)

Going by the application it doesnt seem you know what being in the head leadership role actually means. You cannot be so strict that you dont allow people to drink while on the server. Hell, how the hell would you even prove that they were drunk to begin with to demote them? Also doing temp community bans was a stupid idea that shouldnt have happened as Alex said in his post during the whole issue. Seeing that here again leads to some very serious questions as to how you will deal with issues and reports or even just how you handle them now if you think that its appropriate for a staff manager to do. Seems like a power grab since you took over the bulletins. -1

+1 I know how he "works" and I love it. He deserves to be Staff Manager. Bulletins is not something important PEOPLE STOP HAVING COMPLEX WTF.

I think you're a good staff member, but I think there is other staff who would fit this position better. I wish you good luck though! :)
