(4.) When did you first join our server and how did you discover it? - Early June 2019, Friend recommended the server to me.

(4a) How can we be sure you will stay active and loyal (with your time) to Star by Star? - Aside from donating for additions semi-regularly and possessing multiple CC's, this server is how i relax and spend my free time.

(4b) Do you understand you can be let go at ANY time for inactivity? - Yes.

(5.) Do you understand that you will be a role model and therefore must follow all the rules of the server? - Yes.

(5a) When listing the rules please explain what they mean to show that you understand them.
List Rules below:
1: No Fail RP: Performing any action outside of the capabilities of your character.
2: Be Respectful to Others: Don't be a dick and treat people the same way you would want to be treated
3: RDM: Don't go around murdering people without excuse.
4: No Meta-Gaming: Using knowledge that would not be accessible to your character.
5: No Mic/Chat Spam: Don't ear rape or spam the comms.
6: Avoiding the AFK system: Using console commands and or other methods to subvert the AFK system
7: Obey Staff and RP Leaders: Listening to your higherups and the directions of your lead officers.

(6.) Tell us about yourself and why you want to be high command on SBS? (100 words or less) - Howdy there, some of you may know me as Dell and some of you may know me as my current life of Kelval the Zealot with no Fear and the kick-ass metal arm! I want to become your high command because I believe I have a close ear to the community and understand what people are looking for to get from their RP experience. I believe with this knowledge il be able to develop a handful of things that will make a positive impact on people's time here.

(7.) What do you feel you need to improve on the most? - What I feel I would need to improve the most is... I feel that often if I complete all of my objectives or I am satisfied with the work that I have completed, I will often step down from my position so that someone new can take the helm and further improve the community experience.

(8.) Why should you be given high command instead of the other applicants? - I believe with my deep understanding of the halo universe and commitment to the player experience I will stand above the other applicants looking to become high command, while everyone brings something great to the table, I believe my current objective and skill set is what the server really needs to keep improving.

Though I have an expectation everyone in standing positions will also be willing to cooperate with me.

Firstly, I want to get it out of the way that I really have put a lot of genuine thought into my vote here. Please take this seriously, as I never vote on just a whim. Every single vote like this I make has 20+ minutes sunk into it, so I never vote just to be a voter; I only vote because I need to, or passionately believe in the subject.

More than anything on the server right now, I strongly believe that we require someone in HIGHCOM who is ready and willing to:


1. Share their plans.
2. Step down if needed, or if they have served their purpose.
3. Dedicate their time to helping our dead battalions get back on track.

4. Being able to take immediate action so that we don't lose more battalions than necessary.


In HIGHCOM, we absolutely need an overarching RP leader with a strong and direct attitude towards our problems, and you most definitely fit that profile. You have a transparent plan to fix our battalions, and have shared it with people, which is an incredible breath of fresh air.
As long as you keep your word, and maintain promises, I see no issue with you being our HIGHCOM.

However, I still see one problem with your app: what you plan to do as here member of HIGHCOM is not stated here. In order to get more votes and more trust in you, it would be wise to say what exactly you plan to do for HaloRP on this thread, how you will reform the battalions, and how you can make all of our lives easier. Though I know for the most part what you plan to do, I'm under the impression that others do not. We may have our differences and we may tease each other, but I am 100% serious about every word I've written here. I truly do believe that you could be a good fit, and I know that you and your attitude are exactly what we need here.

+1 Orchestrated the sit down with Zubey that started our weekly meetings when they were needed most. Has been effectively a community liaison for the meeting and is very active in the community as well as vested in its needs and interests. I feel he has nothing in mind other than the betterment and health of the server and is very capable in both communication and coordination with others in the community. Honestly he feels like the perfect pick for this role.

Definitely a good applicant/candidate, I agree with what Marshal and Aura has said. His activity is great, he knows how to RP and he knows how the Server and Halo works and that is what a HIGHCOM needs.

I really spent some time and carefully read all of your application and every comment, what it's really missing is any form of plan, the closest you get to explaining a) what's wrong, and b) how you plan to fix it, is saying that you want to make positive changes and additions. There's definitely votes on personality, but I don't think any fair decision can be made without you detailing what you would do with HIGHCOM.

My apologies and I would be more then happy to list  a few of my plans if I did make high comm:

Primary Focuses:

 Temporarily unifying the current officers and battalions to create a more stable experience for them, their members, and new players joining.
- an example being all officers/NCO's being tasked with training UNSC wide.

Create a template for jobs/skills for current battalions to increase event interaction.

- unique skills and jobs that would both promote players to learn new things as well as gm's being able to create more dynamic situations.

Secondary Focuses:

Creating a program to allow willing and outstanding individuals that if successfully passed will allow them to become an NCO/Officer

weekly onbase simulations to test and enhance officer/NCO skills 

Assisting in weapon/class creation/balancing to ensure fun and unique playstyles

Of course there is more but, its not wise to place the entire hand on the table...

Unless you ask then id be happy to share everything!

From what I've seen from Dell he's great at management, motivated and cares when it comes to issues regarding discontent in regiments. Also he a cool dood so +1

+1 from me. I have had really good conversations about the server with him and I trust him as a community member to know what's doing on and to make decisions as well as increasing communications between battalians/members.
