This should be the overriding factor in lieu of the dearth of content the staff team is presently expected to work with. For now.

Your activity could be improved, but is wholly understandable given the circumstances and--- well,

the limited people you have available to interact with in the first place. But, more should be done vis-a-vis activity; and will need to be done should this position be extended to you.

Also, I can relate to your response to Question 7. I too, often struggle with the ability to be patient and commend you for acknowledging such a shortcoming. 

I am sure your chaotic, radical energy; combined with your desire to create a variety of events (which shows adaptability to circumstances, Q. 8) would be welcome.
