I do agree it's a unfortunate that there are times where multiple classes go by without a teacher, but nobody should be forced into the position just because nobody else will do it. I have seen several staff members take the time to teach classes when no one else will, which I really love to see and should be encouraged, and not just with staff but with everyone.
In the end, anyone who is at least Acuity 3 (I think?) can teach classes, which encompasses a very large amount of the players on the server. I just feel like adding a "dedicated" person to be teaching at all times just isn't feasible.
