One of the main things you are told when you join the team is the punishment for leaking and with you gaining something from leaking to your close group of peers this removes almost all the trust that the team put into you to initially get you into said staffing position. With you having been removed for leaking and have been known to leak in the past. I personally would blacklist from the team till I resign. The only reason I would need to blacklist you is due to the fact that you are getting real money in exchange for information rather then the people who leak unintentionally as they would be dealt differently.
