I don't see Lexa getting punished for the same behavior the owner has, however Lexa has been demonstrating this behavior for far longer and if anyone remembers I left a feedback post about it. Members of the Halo community also had many opportunities to report Lexa for abuse but it wasn't ever done.

The halo community did actually report Lexa for abuse

The banning of every player who spoke up against the abuse that was happening in the community, it got to the point the halo server basically just became a North Korean Gulag with Lexa enforcing the rules. 

granted I am not a shining example, I was kind of a piece of shit.

The removal of the Halo server which tbf it was dead because all the players were going to other servers because halo wasn't getting any new content and the players felt as if they were basically just hoping on a single player server to do absolutely nothing because all of the staff were getting on other servers that were actually getting new content.
